Feedback captured through disconnected channels
Real-Time Customer Feedback Platform
A multi-channel feedback platform enabling customers to share timely feedback through kiosks and QR-based experiences while giving authorized teams live operational visibility.
The platform connected customer submissions, voice and video input, location-level context, real-time dashboards, and urgent alerts in one cloud-hosted environment.
This anonymized example reflects relevant delivery experience contributed by members of our engineering team. Some or all of the work was completed before NexJeel was established. It is presented to demonstrate relevant technical and domain experience and should not be interpreted as a project contracted directly with NexJeel.

- Organization administrators
Capturing feedback through accessible digital channels and making important customer signals visible to responsible operational teams.
Turning customer feedback into timely operational visibility
Customer feedback often arrives after the moment when it could have been most useful. Paper forms, delayed surveys, disconnected inboxes, and manually consolidated reports can make it difficult for operational teams to identify an urgent issue or understand what is happening across different locations.
The challenge becomes more complex when customers need different ways to respond. Some may prefer a quick kiosk interaction, while others may use a QR code on their own device or provide richer voice or video feedback.
The central requirement was to connect these feedback channels with a dependable operational dashboard so authorized teams could review submissions and identify items requiring attention.
Delayed visibility for operational teams
Different customer input preferences
Multiple stores, branches, or service locations
Rich-media storage requirements
Urgent feedback requiring attention
Role-based access to dashboards
Need for clear submission context
One platform for feedback collection and operational response
The solution provided multiple feedback-entry experiences connected to a centralized cloud platform. Customers could submit feedback through dedicated kiosks or QR-based access, with support for verified text, voice, video, and structured response formats.
Incoming feedback became available through real-time dashboards designed for authorized teams. Submissions could retain relevant location, channel, category, and status context so managers could understand where feedback originated and determine the appropriate response.
Urgent-alert workflows helped surface selected submissions more quickly while preserving human review and operational ownership.
Capabilities from customer input to operational follow-up
Kiosk Feedback
Provide a focused feedback experience on a dedicated device in a store, branch, office, or other customer-facing location.
QR-Based Feedback
Allow customers to access the appropriate feedback experience on their own device without requiring a dedicated application.
Structured Feedback Forms
Capture ratings, selections, comments, or other configured responses through a clear and accessible interface.
Voice and Video Input
Support richer customer submissions through controlled voice or video capture where the feature is implemented and appropriate.
Location and Channel Context
Associate feedback with the relevant branch, location, feedback channel, or operational context.
Real-Time Dashboards
Present new submissions and relevant feedback information to authorized users without requiring manual report consolidation.
Operational Alerts
Surface feedback matching verified urgency rules so responsible teams can review it promptly.
Status and Follow-Up
Allow authorized users to review and manage the operational status of feedback where supported by the existing platform.
From customer response to operational awareness
Feedback experience configured
Authorized teams prepare the relevant questions, options, location context, and submission channel.
Channel made available
The feedback experience is presented through a kiosk, QR code, or another verified digital entry point.
Customer submits feedback
The customer provides structured responses, comments, or supported rich-media input.
Submission processed securely
The platform validates the submitted data and stores the relevant response and media information.
Dashboard updated
Authorized teams can review new feedback through the operational dashboard with relevant context.
Important feedback surfaced
Submissions matching configured rules can trigger an alert or follow-up workflow for human review.

Designed for real-time visibility and rich-media handling
The platform used a cloud-hosted application architecture connecting customer-facing feedback experiences, application services, structured data, secure media storage, and real-time dashboard communication.
Feedback records and large media files required different storage considerations. Structured submission data could remain in the application database while voice, video, or other uploaded media could be handled through appropriate cloud file storage.
