Disconnected vacancy and candidate records
Recruitment and Assessment Automation
A digital hiring platform connecting job creation, candidate applications, structured assessments, rule-based scoring, reviews, approvals, and document generation.
The platform was designed to replace fragmented recruitment administration with a more visible and repeatable workflow while keeping hiring decisions under authorized human control.
This anonymized example reflects relevant delivery experience contributed by members of our engineering team. Some or all of the work was completed before NexJeel was established. It is presented to demonstrate relevant technical and domain experience and should not be interpreted as a project contracted directly with NexJeel.

Creating a structured digital journey from vacancy setup and candidate assessment through review, approval, and hiring documentation.
Replacing fragmented hiring administration with a consistent workflow
Recruitment processes often involve job requirements, candidate information, assessments, scoring, reviews, approval stages, communications, and employment documents. When these activities are managed through spreadsheets, email threads, and separate tools, it becomes difficult to understand each candidate’s status or identify the next responsible person.
Assessment administration creates additional complexity. Questions must be managed, assessments must be delivered consistently, responses must be evaluated according to defined rules, and results must remain available to authorized reviewers.
The challenge was to create a connected workflow that reduced repetitive administration while preserving appropriate human review and decision-making.
Manual assessment coordination
Repetitive scoring activity
Inconsistent status tracking
Multiple review and approval stages
Document preparation
Unclear ownership of next actions
Sensitive candidate information
A connected workflow from job creation to hiring documentation
The solution brought vacancy setup, candidate records, assessments, scoring, reviews, approvals, and documents into one digital environment.
Recruitment teams could organize jobs and candidate activity, while candidates could complete the appropriate application and assessment steps. Configured scoring rules helped process objective assessment responses, after which authorized users could review the results and continue the hiring workflow.
The platform maintained visible status and responsibility across the process without replacing the professional judgment of recruiters, hiring managers, or approvers.
Capabilities across the recruitment lifecycle
Job and Vacancy Management
Create and maintain structured vacancy information, requirements, status, and relevant recruitment activity.
Candidate Records
Organize candidate information, applications, supporting documents, assessment activity, and workflow status.
Assessment Management
Configure and deliver structured candidate tests or assessments based on the organization’s approved process.
Rule-Based Scoring
Evaluate eligible assessment responses using predefined scoring rules and present the results to authorized reviewers. Scoring automation supports the process — it does not make the final hiring decision.
Reviews and Approvals
Route candidate information and assessment results through the appropriate human review and approval stages.
Document Generation
Generate recruitment or employment documents from approved information using controlled templates.
Status and Responsibility Tracking
Give authorized teams visibility into candidate stages, pending actions, completed steps, and current ownership.
From vacancy setup to controlled hiring completion
Vacancy prepared
The recruitment team creates the job, requirements, assessment configuration, and relevant workflow information.
Candidate registered
Candidate information, application details, and supporting documents are captured through the appropriate process.
Assessment completed
Eligible candidates receive and complete the configured assessment or test.
Responses scored
Objective responses can be processed using predefined scoring rules, while subjective or exceptional cases remain available for human review.
Review and approval performed
Authorized recruiters, managers, or approvers evaluate the available information and determine the next action.
Documents prepared
Approved candidate information can be used to prepare controlled recruitment or employment documentation.

Designed around controlled workflow states
The platform used a modular application structure separating the React user experience, APIs, business rules, and data-access responsibilities.
Recruitment activities were modeled as defined workflow stages rather than disconnected page actions. Candidate status, assessment activity, scoring, approvals, and documents remained connected to the relevant vacancy and authorized users.
This approach supported more consistent processing while allowing individual workflow areas to evolve as recruitment requirements changed.
